The KLOVER Newsletter allows the User to stay informed about the company's news, initiatives and promotions and is sent by email, automatically and free of charge, to those who request it by filling in the relevant form.
Filling in the KLOVER Contact Form allows the User to receive the information requested, of both a technical and commercial nature, regarding the company's products.
The personal data provided by the User will be used by electronic, computerised and/or paper means, solely for the purpose of providing the requested service and, for this reason, will be kept exclusively for the period in which the service is active and, in any case, for the time strictly necessary pursuant to current law.
The legal basis of this processing is to be found in the consent expressly given. The provision of data is optional in nature. Any partial or total failure by the User to provide data will result in the impossibility of achieving the purposes of the service, as described in this notice, and therefore the impossibility of following up on any requests submitted through the Site.

Therefore, such data may be communicated to parties that provide services for the management of the information system and communication networks, including electronic mail and the website. Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through these services takes place in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante, as provided for by art. 77 of the GDPR, or to bring the matter before the competent courts (art. 79 of the Regulation). Please note that every communication sent by KLOVER via Newsletter includes the option for the User to unsubscribe from the service.
