The KLOVER Newsletter allows the User to stay informed about news, initiatives and promotions of the company and is sent via email, automatically and free of charge, to those who request it by filling in the relevant form.
Filling in the KLOVER Contact Form allows the User to receive the requested information, both technical and commercial in nature, regarding the company’s products.
The personal data provided by the User will be used with IT, telematic and/or paper-based tools, solely for the purpose of providing the requested service and, for this reason, will be stored exclusively for the period during which the service is active and, in any case, for the time strictly necessary pursuant to applicable law.
The legal basis for such processing is to be found in the consent expressly given. The provision of data is optional. Any partial or total failure by the User to provide the data will result in the impossibility of achieving the purposes of the service, as described in this privacy notice, and therefore in the impossibility of processing any requests submitted through the Site.

To exercise the aforementioned rights, data subjects may send a request to the contact details of the Data Controller indicated above.
Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data concerning them carried out through these services takes place in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, as provided for by Article 77 of the GDPR, or to bring the matter before the appropriate judicial authorities (Article 79 of the Regulation). Please note that every communication sent by KLOVER via Newsletter provides the User with the option to unsubscribe from the service.
