Privacy Policy

The information in these pages aims to describe the website management methods with reference to the processing of personal data of users and visitors. This information is provided in accordance with art. 13 of Lgs. D. 196/2003 (Code for the protection of personal data) to those that interact with the web services provided by Klover srl, accessed electronically at this address: www.klover.it

 

The information is inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001 which the European Authorities for the protection of personal data, combined into a group by art. 29 of directive no. 95/46/CE, adopted on 17th May 2001 in order to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data on-line, and in particular, the methods, times and nature of the information that the proprietors of the data processing must provide to users when the latter connect to web pages, independently of the purpose of the connection.

Following the consultation of this website and the sending of messages to the email addresses indicated on it, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed: the proprietor of this processing is Klover srl, with registered offices in via A. Volta n.8, San Bonifacio (VR).

 

The place of data processing and purpose of processing

The data processing connected with web services offered by this website is carried out only by authorised personnel or subjects contracted to carry out occasional maintenance operations. These parties are located at the headquarters of this company or the headquarters of the third party supplier, Google Inc.

 

No data acquired via this web service is distributed. 

The personal data provided by users that forward requests and/or communications via e-mail is used for the purposes of carrying out the requested service. The data is communicated to third parties only if necessary in relation to this purpose. The above is the subject of a specific information sheet provided by the Proprietor in accordance with art. 13 of the Privacy Code.

 

Types of data processed

A) Navigation data

The IT systems and software procedures that allow this website to function acquire, during the course of their normal operation, some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit to the use of Internet communication protocols.

This information is not gathered in order to be associated with identified parties, however, due to the nature of this data, through processing and association with data held by third parties, it may allow the identification of users.

This data category includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the website, the Uniform Resource Identifiers (URI) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and IT environment. 

For the most part this data is used solely for the purpose of collecting anonymous statistical data on the use of the website and to monitor the correct operation of the same. The data may be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical IT crimes that damage the website.

B) Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this website will result in the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s email address, which is essential in order to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

Failure to provide said data, even partially, may result in it being impossible to obtain what was requested.

Data processing methods

Personal data is processed using automated tools for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes it was collected for. Specific security measures are observed in order to prevent the loss, illicit or incorrect use of and unauthorised access to said data. 

 

Rights of the individual

Please be advised that Lgs. D. no. 196/03 allows individuals to exercise certain specific rights. In particular, individuals may obtain from the data processing proprietor, confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning them and view said data in legible form. 

 

Individuals may also obtain indications of the origin of this personal data, the purposes and methods used to process it, the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools, the identification details of the proprietor and managers, as well as subjects or subject categories to whom the personal data may be communicated or may be viewed by.

The individual also has the right to obtain the updating, correction, or if necessary the addition to data, the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of the data processed in violation of the regulations as well as certification that said operations have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data was communicated or distributed.

 

The individual lastly also has the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of data concerning them and the processing of data concerning them for the purposes of sending advertising material or direct sales or for the purposes of market research or sales communications.
