Personal-data policy pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (GDPR)

  • The KLOVER Newsletter keeps Users up-to-date on news, initiatives and promotions of the company and is sent via email, automatically and for free, to all who request it by filling in the related form.
  • Filling in the KLOVER Contact Form allows the User to receive the requested information of a technical and commercial nature, concerning the products of the company.

 

The personal data provided by the User will be used with computerised, electronic and/or paper means, for the sole purpose of providing the requested service and, therefore, will be kept only for the period in which the service will be active and, in any case, for the time that is strictly necessary in compliance with the applicable law.

 

The legal basis of such treatment is provided by the expressed consent. The provision of personal data is optional. Any partial or total failure to provide data by the User will result in the inability to achieve the purposes of the service, as described in this policy and, therefore, the inability to act on any requests submitted through the Site.

The personal data collected can also be processed by the Data Controller's personnel and/or collaborators and/or consultants, on the basis of specific instructions provided for the purposes and procedures of the processing itself.
Personal data will be disclosed to third parties only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing. Therefore, data may be disclosed to third parties that provide services for the management of the IT system and communication networks, including email and website. The third-party service providers only have access to personal data that is necessary for the performance of their activities, but will not be able to process data which they become aware of, for other purposes. In addition, these third parties are required to process personal data, which they become aware of, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the applicable regulations regarding the protection of personal data.

 

Data subjects have the right to obtain access to personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same, the limitation of processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing itself (Art. 15 et seq. of the Regulation), or, furthermore, to revoke the consent provided. To exercise such rights, the data subjects may address a request to the Data Controller using the contacts mentioned above.
Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data referring to them through these services is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a claim with the Italian Data Protection Authority, as provided for by Art. 77 of the GDPR, or to take appropriate legal action through the courts (Art. 79 of the Regulation).

One should note that every communication that KLOVER sends via Newsletter, includes the right of the User to cancel their subscription.
